A program in PTdash is a set of training sessions repeated over a chosen number of weeks. You build it, review it, then send it to your client's PowerPump app.
Structure
- Program — a container with a name, a number of weeks, and a number of sessions per week.
- Session — one workout day (A, B, C…). Each session has a warm-up and a list of exercises.
- Exercise — one movement with one or more prescribed sets, per week.
Create a program
- Open the client and tap New program.
- Give it a name, pick the number of weeks and the sessions per week.
- PTdash creates one blank session (A). Add more from the session bar.
Add exercises
- From the library — search by name or muscle. Every standard exercise carries videos and metadata.
- Custom exercises — create your own with a title, an optional video, and coaching notes. They live in your private library and can be added to any client's program. After you add or change an exercise video, send the program again — videos are attached to the workout at send time, so previously-sent programs keep the old video until you re-send.
- Supersets and combos — group exercises so they show as A1/A2, B1/B2 in the app.
Set your targets
For each exercise you define, per week, sets × reps and either a load (kg / lb), a percentage of one-rep max, an RPE, an RIR, or "max". You can also set the tempo (TUT) and rest between sets. See Per-week targets and rest for details.
Preview, then send
Use the Preview app button to see the program exactly as your client will see it. When it looks right, tap Send. The program lands in the PowerPump app instantly, and PTdash marks it "sent" with the date.
Editing after sending
You can keep editing. Every re-send updates the program on the client's phone; performed sessions are never overwritten.
