You always have a way to get your data out of PowerPump. Which button you press depends on whether you're the trainer or the client.
If you're a trainer
Open the client's page in PTdash and press Export all data. You get a zip file with:
- The client's profile.
- Notes you kept about them.
- Every program you sent.
- Every performed session, one row per session and one row per set.
- Measurements — weight, height, skinfolds, girths.
- Progress photos.
- Questionnaire answers, including all check-ins.
- The full chat transcript. Chat videos still within their 90-day window are noted; expired videos are marked as unavailable.
CSVs are UTF-8 with a BOM so Excel opens them cleanly. Programs and questionnaires come in a machine-readable format too. See Exporting client data for step-by-step guidance.
If you're a client
Ask your trainer. They can generate the zip for you from PTdash and send it over.
If you don't have a trainer (you use only the AI coach or trained solo), or your trainer isn't available, write to us at stefano.pozgym@gmail.com and we'll prepare the export for you. We reply within 2 business days.
What isn't in the export
- Chat videos that were sent more than 90 days ago. Those files are already deleted from the servers; only the message text and the "video expired" marker remain in the transcript.
- Your subscription and billing details (App Store or PTdash subscription). Those live with Apple or the payment provider — you can request them from those services directly.
When to ask for an export
- You're moving to a new trainer.
- You want an offline backup.
- You're about to delete your account and want to keep a copy.
If you're about to delete your account, always export first. Deleted accounts can't be exported.
